This policy explains how cancellations work for paid subscriptions to Namma Kannada. By subscribing, you agree to this policy along with our Terms of Service.
1. Digital delivery
Namma Kannada is a digital subscription service. When your payment is successful, access to premium features (Pro or Guru) is delivered instantly to your account for the plan period you purchased. There is no physical shipment.
2. Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from My Subscription.
- On cancellation, your plan simply does not renew — you are not charged again.
- You keep full premium access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- After that period ends, your account moves to the free tier. Your learning progress is always preserved.
3. No refunds
All subscription payments are non-refundable. Because premium access is delivered immediately and remains available for the full period you purchased, we do not offer refunds for any unused portion of a subscription. If you no longer wish to continue, simply cancel and you will not be billed for the next period.
The only exceptions are where required by applicable law, or in the case of a genuine billing error such as an accidental duplicate charge — which we will always correct.
4. Renewals
To avoid being charged for a new period, please cancel before your renewal date. Once a new period has begun, that payment is non-refundable in line with the policy above.
